Poison Vines are those purple tomato things that you click on to emit poison. They're found in stages 7-8 and 10-11. For it to count, the enemies have to actually die from the poison and not from another tower or ability. As the poison doesn't stack, it's best to prolong the poison throughout an enemies path and to save it for weaker enemies and to use Agatha's sleep ability to help make enemies wait for a vine to recharge.
