Once you unlock this tower after level 7, upgrade the Stone Circle tower using the right skill tree and put money into the "Fiery Nut" ability. You'll need to throw 1,000 flaming nuts (not the regular ones) in order to unlock this achievement.
Unless you placed a lot of these towers during your time with the game, this will likely be your last achievement and can take quite a bit of grinding. When going for the 100 mounted avengers achievement, I set the vast majority of the towers to have Fiery Nut (with about 4 towers as Soldiers to both deal with the flying enemies and stall others. I got this achievement two rounds after getting the 100 mounted enemies achievement and didn't really use the tree throughout the game.
