To obtain this achievement, you must complete the third Villain Episode – The Joker’s Return. This is comprised of five levels: A Surprise for the Commissioner, Biplane Blast, The Joker’s Masterpiece, The Lure of the Night, and Dying of Laughter.
You do NOT need to collect all the minikits and Super Villains for these levels to get the achievement.
