How to unlock the Only Eyes for the Bad Boy achievement in Life is Strange: Double Exposure - Definitive Guide

This is unlocked in Chapter 3. You can simply use chapter select - Spin - Nobody Wants to Drink Alone. Can be done in Explore the scene as to not mess with save files.
Use RB to skip dialogue.
This does not seem to require any important decisions in previous chapters, just this part of Chapter 3.
You need to go to the Dead world and talk with Vinh, after a chat you will get the option to kiss him. Now just finish conversation with Amanda but DO NOT kiss her and once you leave the bar this will pop.

There is a point where he invites you for a drink you have to accept that otherwise he won't be in the turtle. (Though I may have missed him when I was focused on Amanda)

Chapter 3, Episode 4. We only need to kiss Vin and turn down Amanda.
