I left the Coliseum area after the 1st major battle and went back to Akame Network Area in which I am lvl 13. How do I get back to the Coliseum to get the silver wins? Coliseum is grayed out and has the cross out circle emblem by it on the menu tab.

This is one of those story lockouts where you will need to progress further in the main story in order to access the castle again.

yep. there is a temporary time where the arena is unavailable. you'll understand when you get to it.
