This achievement is unlocked by building up a fanbase based on your performances as a fighter in the Coliseum venue. You'll gain fans every time you win, how many you gain depends on how impressive you perform, or in actuality, how fast you can win (as letter grades listed in the Coliseum event descriptions are based on time elapsed, with S grade as the highest). Make an effort to invest your Akame points and yen to unlock and max out as much as possible in all the health, heat, and attack stats in the Stats category for Upgrade Abilites, as well as special attacks in the other categories and you can win your Coliseum events quicker. You'll gain the most fans from winning Hell Team Rumble events, you'll gain 195 fans from winning the Silver Tiger Festival 5 event with an S grade, for example, compared to getting 150 fans for winning a three-match tournament in the same rank with the same grade. Approach how you want to unlock this achievement at your own comfort and pace, but generally speaking it'll take anywhere at least 10 victories to get the 1,000 fans that unlocks this achievement.
