The loo is located in the mine, after collecting the Multiface II and heading through the teleporter.
Head across the room full of floating crates, and into the door opposite - Leap down the shaft. Head into the furthest wooden door, through the next one into a room with a coin on the table, and through the next one after that. The toilet is in here, by the far wall. Simply jump on it to trigger a little cut scene and pop the achievement!

This achievement is missable!
You will find the loo in the mine, after you have collected the Multiface II. Continue forward and jump over the crates in the purple water and drop into the hold/lift. After that, you need to go into the far right-hand door, go through the only two doors available and you will end up in the room with the loo.
All you need to do now is jump on the loo and the achievement will unlock.
