How to unlock the Mmmm, rPI. achievement in Lumo - Definitive Guide

This is the final story mode piece, and as such cannot be missed.

At present, the piece IS missable, as is the achievement - if you go into the final room where this rests and LEAVE WITHOUT COLLECTING IT, the ending will PLAY ANYWAY.

You'll obtain this late in the game - It's beyond the '6502' door in the cauldron room, which is opened with story progression.
