This item is located after dealing with the water-draining puzzle, and running from the giant metal ball, Indiana Jones style. Simply go the only way you can after this event to reach a room with a ball set into the floor which controls a crane.
It is the SECOND story based item.
Jump on the ball, and manoeuvre the crane over the Multiface II, then bring it to the doorway at around half running speed, dodging the pillars of course.
