This achievement requires that you take the "E" paths your first two visits to the warp zone.
In case you aren't sure, it's the down/left path and the up/right path.
You must successfully complete both minigames, earning both Es from "EXTEND." After doing so, the achievement will pop.

For this achievement to unlock you need to enter the warp zone at least twice. Take both the E paths (left and right). You must complete both minigames for the achievement to unlock.
