How to unlock the Seek and Destroy achievement in Marvel's Spider-Man 2 - Definitive Guide

Hunter bases can only be found by completing Hunter Blinds first. The Blinds will reveal your objectives at the base and where to find it. There are 11 blinds total that will reveal 4 bases. All of the Hunter Blinds should be revealed by the mission “The Flames Have Been Lit.”

Hunter Bases are very similar to the Fisk contruction sites in the first Spider-Man: they are enclaves of enemies that you can web up and thump in the nose. You can do this stealthily, or you can go in spoiling for a brawl. After Kraven makes his appearence in the story, these bases will appear on the map. Complete all of these bases, and you will unlock this trophy.

There are a total of four Hunter bases and 11 Hunter barriers in Marvel's Spider-Man 2. Completing all of them is also necessary to get 100% completion in all areas of the city.
Barriers will gradually appear on the map starting with story mission #08. To access the Hunter's base, you need to clear the barriers in the same area.
