You won't be able to get this until after you complete the 3rd story mission called "Show Me New York". After completing that mission you'll get another yellow marker to go to which has your backpack. Get to that and the game will now allow to change and purchase more suits.

To unlock this trophy, you need head into the map menu. Press

to navigate to the Suits tab. In there, pick a suit you like, then hold 
to craft that suit's alternate styles. Think of them like colour variants within each suit's design. Pick a style, then press 
to select it, and this trophy will unlock.
