My trophy counter stopped at 6/14 but I didn’t realise until near the end of game. The trophy still popped when I cleared the final district

Each of the districts on the map contains a number of optional activities. These range from Sandman's memory crystals, hunter drone chases, collectibles like the Spider-Bots, and of course the random street crimes, which pop up with red triangle warning signs. Click r3.png to scan for these activities in your immediate vicinity, and also press tp.png to access your city map. Complete every activity in each borough, and you will unlock this trophy.

The trophy is buggy in the game, sometimes it doesn't count the collection or any action for 100%, save before each one and check

Here's a map that contains all the collectible markers that appear on the map, with the exception of some side quest icons that require other side quests to be completed first, and spider bots that don't have icons on the map:

The districts were counted up to 6, and then they stopped.. I specifically left 10 spiderbots for last. When I started finishing them off, the progress did not move in the prize status, but after collecting 8 pieces, I saw that the statistics were already close to completion. Taking the last one, the prize flew out. I don’t know, maybe it would have dropped anyway, but after reading the tips above, I decided not to risk it.

I encountered a bug, I had nests in some areas, I completed them - it did not count. The solution is to leave at least one area not closed (for example, I had unfinished spiderbots in some areas), we pass the nests (if this is the last activity in the area) - the counter of the areas does not increase, we catch the last spiderbot in another area - the counter increases by all the passed areas with nests (which were not counted earlier) + by 1 with the spiderbot.

In special features, you can enable the cheat for immortality. "Never loses consciousness" below 30 percent health level will not fall and you can safely play.

This functionality was removed with the patch =(

It turns out that when you choose the lowest difficulty level, immortality is automatically enabled; health does not drop below 28.

I had the following situation. The Astoria district (upper right sector) was completely cleared of activities (cleared it first), but in the trophy progress it was not shown as completed (instead of 1/14 there was 0). However, after clearing all the districts, the trophy still dropped.

Cleared 6 districts, on 7 the counter in ps stopped working, it was 6/14, and it stayed that way. Loading a manual save and going through the mission again didn't help.
But the trophy dropped after clearing the last area.

I confirm, the trophy is buggy, my area tracker stopped at 11/14, but after completing all the actions ignoring this - the trophy dropped

After completing 5 districts, I realized that some district was not counted, as a result, thanks to the saves, I figured out that the central park district was not counted, although the game shows that it is 100% completed, all subsequent completed districts also stopped counting, having returned 4 hours ago after completing the game, I completed it again, but after a while the districts also stopped counting, the solution is to leave the central park district not completed to the end (for me, this is the last spiderbot in the park), complete another district, then complete the park and roll back a couple of minutes on the save so that the park is not completed again, as a result, plus one district is counted, and so on each time after each district, complete any subsequent district, then complete the central park, roll back the save a couple of minutes and complete the next one, then the central park again, I hope this will help someone in a similar situation.
