To Dash press :
To Jump press :
Quickly press then and your character will long jump forward. That's without moving the 
up.
Your equipped weapon should not cross on your screen as if blocking.
If so, then it's not a soaring dash.
This can been done while progressing a level, or simply jump around at the beginning of one.
Should take about 4 mins. A very easy achievement. Congrats. Félicitations.
