The best way to do that is playing a torture where you have to kill 99 enemies without healing. Equip revolvers, use your Ultimate Attack (when you have almost no health, your Ultimate will restore very fast) and then you'll unlock this achievement.

I used Death's Edge as well but not sure the reason for the Ultimate it never killed 8 fast enough. Instead as soon as the level starts run up the stairs and stand next to the red bomb crystal, let the initial group pile up on you and shoot it.
