How to unlock the The Sword is Sharper achievement in Metal: Hellsinger (Xbox One) - Definitive Guide


Judge Aspects are the final bosses of each Hell (level), not the final boss of the game. They are large boney, winged creatures with wide wingspans.

Terminus is the sword, a mandatory weapon that can be equipped anytime with cn_up.

Voke, the 1st level (hell), is easy enough. This can be unlocked on any Aspect while playing the campaign.

Use any weapon and technique to whittle down the health bar of the boss. Equip the Terminus sword, and use it for the killing blow.

So i completed this game in 7h on Series X back in Oct of 22. Decided to run back the X box one version for the fun and (relatively easy) gamerscore. Just killed the 1st level Aspect with my terminus and the achievement DIDNT pop... (my time for the level was 6mins 40sec). this is the only achievment that didnt pop for me when completing this game 2 seperate times.

This was my final achievement for this game.

1000/1000G on Thu 22 Dec 2022.
Puts my gamerscore at 413,690. Sweet!music

It only takes 4-6 hours to get all 1000G in this game. And it's fun.

Dona, trying again should be the best approach. Be sure the killing blow is done by the sword and it's the final boss of the first area.
Odd that this would be a problem. The achievement is straightforward.

Ugh, didn't realize it had to be a Judge's Aspect. I killed the one boss in the game that wasn't one of those, the final boss

I was able to get this achievement on the 2nd attempt. My guess as to why it didnt work first time: I used quick resume(after I quit the app and re did it it worked) or i got the aspect to close to death with my primary before pulling out terminus(he was only a literal sliver the first time)

What is with the "Quick Resume" issues that Xbox is having? It's messing up a ton of games and unlocking achievemens.

If your achievement doesn't unlock properly, try quitting out of the game and restarting it (avoiding the quick resume feature).
