A word of warning for this one. You need to defeat Rigley, as the description says. How to do it is very annoying though. After the first week or two the rec center will unlock, which is north of the town in the same area as the dungeon. Go over the bridge east of the dungeon entrance and head north and you'll come across this building. It is only open on Fridays. It's basically a Pokemon gym. You'll face 3 enemies, and then 3 more the next week earning you a badge. There's 4 badges, which means 7 fucking weeks to get them all. So if you're like me and start this after you have every achievement, you have to sit there and wait through 7 weeks just for this.
So, you should work on this as you play. The first badge monsters are level 4, next is 8, next is 12, and Ridley's are 16. I used a Mega Banneral that I saw from this solution :

Absorb heals you from the initial damage, and from the DoT damage, so it's pretty hard to die. It was level 19 and I was not in danger of dying.

Is anyone else having trouble unlocking this achievement?
I completed it and it didn't unlock, and "Save the slimes!" It didn't unlock either.

I don't remember having any achievement issues with this game, sorry.

The, Pants, Party
Rigley is the final boss of the Rec Center tournaments that are held each Friday in town. You will need to beat multiple groups of lower ranked planimal tamers first, so be sure to visit each Friday when you have a few good planimals in your party to try and clear a round. The group right before Rigley will have the Professor in it, so you know you're almost done once you face him. If this is the last achievement you need, just sleep over and over to pass time until Fridays so you can head to the rec center for the fights.
