You get this by opening the path to Glowing Glade located in the bottom right side of town near the clinic. It will cost $1500 to clear the path. A good source of money early on is to pick up forage items in the area between your farm and town and sell them at the board on your farm with the $ sign on it

When I opened up Glowing Glade, the achievement didn't pop for me. But, I did it before Wet Season day 1 of the first year.
There was a cutscene with Whisper chasing a spider at the start of Wet 1. She mentions scarecrows, but also asks the player to clear the boulders out to open the way to her furniture store (which is in Glowing Glade if I'm not mistaken). Should I have cleared the boulders after Wet 1 in order to get the achievement?
Edit: I started a new save and was able to unlock the achievement. I waited until after the event on Wet 1 with Whisper. If anyone has unlocked this on console before Wet 1, please let me know.

On Day 2 of the Wet Season you will be visited by someone who mentions their furniture shop is blocked by some rubble and they'd like your help clearing the way. You can find this path to the East of the General Store in town. Pay $1500 to clear the rubble and enter the area with the furniture shop to unlock the achievement.
