This just involves beating the boss of dudgeon level 5, it spawns at lv 23.
I did this with a lv18 Bannarel (Red Slime on a Soulfruit Seed [the orange bag with purple circle] during the Dark Season) for the whole dungeon. This is due to its last ability, which can steal hp while dealing two individual attacks on the first turn. This ability is way too broken as you can OHKO most enemies, and even if they live from the first turn AND you miss your second, the ability has a 3-turn DOT so they still end up dying. I really cannot emphasize enough how OP this eggplant looking freak is.

Is anyone else having trouble unlocking this achievement?
I completed it and it didn't unlock, and "So long, Slime Co!" It didn't unlock either.

I was having trouble unlocking it. I used a savegame that I loaded everytime the achievement didn't pop directly after defeating the queen. After the 4th or 5th fight, the achievement popped after the fight. I recommend to close the game and restart it before going into the dungeon.

The Slime Queen is found on the final level of the game's only dungeon. You will need to be around Level 15-18 to defeat her, and as mentioned in the Road Map the strongest planimal in the game is the Bannarel grown from a Soulfruit Seed which can only be found as a reward inside the dungeon itself. Having one of those will almost guarantee success as its third attack hits twice AND steals HP from the enemy. Be sure to bring a full group of six planimals that are all Level 15+ just in case though.
While traversing the dungeon, you can avoid as many fights as possible by manuevering past enemies and rolling quickly with
into new screens. You only technically need to kill one monster per floor of the dungeon, the one with the treasure chest in the middle of the room. Kill that and get your loot, then move to the next floor. Rinse and repeat so your planimals are all still alive and healthy for the Slime Queen battle.
