No guide needed, this pops as soon as you start up the game.
Note that the beginning menu may be unresponsive. I found a work around on this is to use the direction pad and left stick and get the cursor to move the best you can. All of the menus seem to have this problem, hopefully they can get an update to make it run smoother. If you mess around with it though by day 5 you should have a pretty good understanding to the workaround and it will just be a minor inconvenience when using the consignment board to sell items.

Thanks. How on earth do I use the consignment board? This game is designed for mouse and keyboard, the controls are a nightmare

There was an update released on 09/01/2021 that improved the menu controls making the game start up, menus and consignment board so much easier to use.
