Moving Out 2

This unlocks for finding your first character crate. Some are hidden in the overworld while others are hidden in levels. The best way to knock this out while earning another achievement is after you accept your first job, while still in the overworld. In the bottom left of the map is two ropes to run into, lowering a bridge. Follow that path around to the crate to unlock two achievements!
