This achievement is for completing every level on Packtropolis. You can turn on all assists and still earn this and every other achievement.
All of the levels other than the last one are fairly simple and shouldn't give you any trouble if you are familiar with this game and/or have assists turned on. However, the last level is extremely difficult.
The video below shows you how to beat the last level. I did not make it nor do I claim ownership over it. However, after dozens of unsuccessful tries, I was able to find this video and finish this crazy annoying level. The timing has to be *exact* and you'll take multiple tries even with the video. Good luck!
