In offline singleplayer or offline multiplayer, win 10 medleys. Both preset medley and custom medley counts towards the 10 medleys.
If playing offline multiplayer, the winner must be player 1 (i.e. the named athlete), not the guest account. The fastest way to accomplish this is to do a custom medley of the 100m, with the difficulty set at normal. However, if you are aiming to get the Tip Collector achievement, you should create custom medleys of 2 of the games you can accomplish this on the way by making custom medleys of the sports you need to play.
