I'm not sure why this is marked as unobtainable - it's possible it's been patched or maybe I just got lucky.
Unlocked for me when I caught 10 fish marked as "trophy". All on the summer map, all in the boat at the lake. I caught 20 fish (13 small mouth bass and 7 walleye) of which 10 were trophy fish (8 small mouth bass and 2 walleye). The achievement popped as soon as I reeled in the 10th trophy fish.
