How to unlock the Fleming, Alistair B. Fleming achievement in Operation: Tango - Definitive Guide
"A Viral Heist" is the first mission in the game, and thus, the easiest one. It contains around 4-5 puzzles, and shouldn't take much more than 15-20 minutes, depending on how quick you can complete them. I will write both perspectives in this guide, but the Agent's portions will be in spoiler tags to separate them.
Note: I was using Cross-Play to make this guide, so some of the images will show PC controls rather than Xbox controls
At any time in this mission (or any mission, really) the Agent can perform all eight emotes, and both players can request a hint to unlock two achievements.
As the Hacker, select the Van De Burg Network box to take you into the various security cameras. Here you can select the top-most one (you should be able to see the Agent) to go into the elevator controls.
Here the Hacker can get two achievements for killing the Agent and sending them three messages. At any time in the ride you can select the Emergency Stop and Call Security options to kill the Agent. After the elevator has stopped but before you open the doors, you can send three pre-set messages which will appear on the closed doors.
Once the Hacker has moved the elevator and allowed the doors to open, the Agent can make their way around the path and in front of the giant vault door, where there is a computer terminal to interact with. Here is the first puzzle of the mission.
Both the Agent and the Hacker must move a green dot to its, however, the Agent can only move it left and right, and the Hacker can only move it up and down.
There are four stages to this puzzle. The first has no obstacles, the second introduces some walls, and the third and fourths automatically push the target to the lower left corner, and finally the upper right corner. The players will have to co-ordinate and control against this.
Once the terminal has been hacked, back out and select the option to go into the Vault, and then into Security Systems. This will bring up the camera view to direct the Agent to the randomised floor spots.
Once you interact with both of these, four computer terminals arise, and a laser grid will begin to slowly alternate across each side of the room. They're easy to avoid, but they will fail the mission if the Agent touches them.
As the Hacker, this will be your view. You must select the correct gauge that corresponds with the terminal the Agent interacts with, and move the arrow to match the number described. The first two you hack will only have one blue arrow. The third will have a blue and yellow, and the fourth will have blue, yellow and purple.
Once all four terminals have been completed, a fifth one in the middle of the room will appear, and interacting with it will bring up an information box. To allow the Hacker to connect to it, the Agent must tell them what the randomised Server Access Code is. In my screenshot you can see the number is 6218, but it will be different each time you play the mission.
As the Hacker, you will be dropped into a weird Matrix-y, Tron-like simulation. Not much to see aside from void and walls, but you must wait and communicate with the Agent to have a bridge placed for you in each area. Once you reach the exit gate, you will be be able to open the large security gates guarding the safes for the Agent.
As the Hacker, you will be shown a bunch of floating boxes to denote each safe in the real world. As the Agent scans each one, the boxes will show what is inside, and turn red or green depending on if it is the correct safe. Once the correct one is found, press X to connect.
Communicate with the Agent to work out the combination and input it in. It's a matter of going to the correct square, selecting the right line, and pressing A to input it. If you do it wrong, you can just press A again to remove the line.
Finishing this will end the mission for you.
