You can earn this immediately if you wish. Inside your Inner Void simply choose to Regenerate a Daughter, she doesn’t even need to be missing any HP, on the sacrifice screen you can select another Daughter of equal or higher level and hit to heal the first Daughter.

Note that this provides a Trait (buff) based on the class of the sacrifices Daughter. When spawning a new Daughter, provided you have the Vitae, spawning a second Blademaster Daughter to immediately sacrifice to her will provide an immediate damage boost. The Trait is a special Trait type that will always be replaced by the most recent sacrificed Daughter’s power (this power is greater the higher the level of the sacrifice so this is good).

Alternatively a Shield Bearer will provide HP which can also be nice while low level.

You can earn the following at the same time if the sacrifice has a memory attached to any skill (drill down using a couple times on any skill on the sacrifice Daughter, pick a memory, aka buff, that you don’t need to attach, 5% Crit is a a common early memory you normally don’t need).
