And before we start,sorry for any grammar mistake , i´m Brazilian.
When i was on day 1 i made it stealth,but i left the loby camera working, and after i got 6 paintings i activated the alarm by passing through the loby camera then i ran to the parking where the van is and waited until an Assault was in progress, then i got away.
After day 1 you may or not get one escape, if you don´t get the escape trade the paintings for the money and only escape with 2 bags of money,leaving the others 4 bags of money.
Thats how i was able to get the Park escape.
And there is a video showing how to do the escape on solo, if you see any cop in the park , only press start and restart the escape and you still be good.

Hope this solution help you guys, good luck when trying to get the escape !
1. Crime.net (offline to be able to replay missions if fail)
2. Framing Frame 4 white stars and 0 yellow (Regular difficulty)
3. Loadout you pick whatever works for you to survive and get the security door open fast.
4. Go in LOUD! (No stealth)
5. Don't take any paintings until you hack the computer to shut off the security system
6. Take 6 paintings but don't throw them in the van yet! ( Just get them close to it)
7. Get to 3 assault waves! (You will probably get there anyways by hacking the computer and hauling the paintings)
8. During this 3rd assault wave load the paintings up and ESCAPE during this assault wave.
9. When I was loading the paintings up both my AI partners went down AND into custody. (Might be important to note)
10. When I escaped my total time for the level was 11:37.
This is pretty random yes, but hopefully this combination can help increase your chances of getting the Park Escape. I'm NOT SAYING THIS IS A 100% guarantee! It just worked for me after countless other attempts and methods. Good luck getting the level and follow the guides to get the achievement!

This worked first time playing solo 4 Star w/ 2 Gold:
Make sure you start in the parking lot across the street (as shown in the video in the other guide). If you don't, restart until you do. Kill the cops. Get back the lot. Go to the back of the lot and make a stand. You can move to both sides without a problem (I did). By staying back there you are further back than you would be allowed to be on the street. Once the van is there the achievement should go.
This may not work the first time; so, keep at it until it does.
My load out was mostly Ghost and Mastermind (nothing helpful for this), Level 70 w/ Reinfeld Shotgun, Deagle, Combined Tac Vest, and double med kit (never used).

You will get park escape in Crime.net, I don't know if it works on Crime.net Offline.
Find a Framing Frame job with 1 yellow star and start it (this is obvious I think haha), ALONE with AI team.
Now steal 5 paintings in stealth and take ALL FIVE near the back of the van. Before throwing the 5 paintings inside the van trigger the alarm (by leting a camera see you or killing a cop that was handcuffed and leaving the pager operator talking some shit alone). Once the first cop car is at the place, throw 5 paintings inside the van, now don't fight the police !! What you want to do is find a safe place in the middle of the "war" and call your AI players to come with you: you want one of them to go into police custody (but just ONE)... as soon one of them goes down run straight back to van and keep calling the other so he doesn't revive his downed partner. Now that one AI player is in custody jump on the van e go away (if a police assault is in progress, if not, wait for the next); this should trigger Park Escape!
Notes: If both bot goes down, don't get into panic, there is no problem if you escape as soon as one gets into police custody and the other stays there downed (but not into custody).
Check above guides to know what you need to do to get the loot in the van within 30 second of it arriving. There's no need for me to do a guide about it, since there are already 2.

Park Escape can be found after Framing Frame or any of the single-day heists. In order to increase your chances of getting the Escape to appear, you must kill civilians, play for longer than 10 minutes and/or escape during an assault. The best way to get it is to play Jewelry Store and kill all the civilians, then capture at least 4 bags, before leaving during an assault.
Once you get Park Escape, earning the trophy is simple. What you want to do is move all your bags into the corner of the street, then have all players stay there. If you do that, then the enemies won't spawn inside the park at all, and they won't venture into it. If however you start the Escape with the van crashed into the wall, you'll have to restart it as enemies spawn inside the park. Once the escape vehicle arrives without any law enforcement stepping foot in the park, you'll get the trophy.

All escapes have a degree of randomness regarding which one happens and whether they occur at all. If you finish the prior day without a police assault, you will not get an escape. Escapes seem to be more likely to appear on at least a 2 star difficulty.
The Park Escape appears directly after either Framing Frame Day 1 or Day 2. You will either start right beside the Park on a road or in a car park. If you spawn beside the Park, you will want to immediately move forward towards the intersection where all the cop cars are parked and push away the cops. Continue to hold out for 3-4 minutes until the escape van arrives. Do not go in or near the park or the cops will spawn there and void your achievement. If the achievement does not unlock when the escape has arrived, restart the mission.
Note: It's easiest to get through day one sneaking and get your four paintings in the van. You can then trip the alarm by breaking the laser barrier and wait until you've got a police assault in progress.
