You have to shoot all the glass. The little bits at the top of windows, all the glass out front, the glass in the roof.
The glass around the middle railings at the top and the glass of the car are not required
An easy bit to miss is at the front door underneath the shield logo.
I thought it had glitched on me as I was sure I had done it all, but then I found more big obvious windows around the top. Took a few tries, but not actually too difficult. Make sure you take an ammo bag with you

You have to destroy all of the glass outside the mall, in the store fronts and the roof. You do not have to destroy the glass railing on the second floor. Once you destroy every peice the achievement will unlock.

Make sure to play on normal so you're only dealing with the smallest amount of cops.
Pick weapons with large ammo pools, like the AMCAR or CAR-4 assault rifles, don't use shotguns or sniper rifles it'll take forever
Use Grenades to blow up the shops, windows included (Gage Weapons Pack #01)
- Use LMGs due to the size of the clips and total ammo (Gage Weapons Pack #02)
- Use the Grenade Launcher on the nearby shops (Gage Assault Pack)
- Use the Minigun/RPG (Overkill Pack)

some people recommend having an ammo bag and some others say to play online but you don't need to do either of those things, I did this solo with the A.I, I have 1 SP in mastermind 4 in enforcer 2 in technician and 3 in ghost, the skills I have unlocked are oppressor (aced) transporter (basic) nerves of steel (basic) and dead presidents (aced), for equipment I have the AMCAR equipped as primary and the mark 10 SMG as secondary the ballistic vest and doctor bag.
how I got the achievement was by mostly ignoring the police and meleeing the windows, to break the top shop windows you can jump and melee but this does not work for some windows on the ground floor, I went in and masked up as I entered then shot the windows at the front of the building with the SMG then the windows on the left wall downstairs, I went to the shops downstairs and ran around meleeing their windows then went upstairs, I went around the upper floor starting at the back of the building going counterclockwise breaking windows that can be meleed then crouched and walked around the railings breaking all the glass on those with melees (they are NOT required I just did them because it's been a couple months since the last time I played and I didn't recheck the other solutions before trying to get this achievement again so I didn't know if they were needed or not), the cops broke most of the windows on the roof but there were some that weren't broken so I went around again counterclockwise and shot them with the AMCAR then broke all the glass in the jewelry store in the corner upstairs and took everything I could, the achievement still didn't unlock after I broke all the glass upstairs because I missed the piece behind the shield and the 2 pieces on the side of the door at the front of the building, I went back to the front and shot those then the achievement unlocked.

Start any Mallcrasher job in either Crime.net or Crime.net Offline. The only objective for this mission is to cause $50,000 worth of damage within the Mall; you will have accomplished this well before you have destroyed all the windows in the Mall. You can easily do this by yourself on an easier rating; if you tie up some hostages early it will keep the cops off your back a little longer.
You need to break out all the glass at the front of the building outside when you start: all the windows on the doors, the small rectangular glass on top of the door frames, the glass on all window shops, the glass windows near the celling all around the building as well as the glass roof of the Mall. The achievement will unlock as soon as you have destroyed all the windows in mall. Melee whatever is low enough and save your ammo for the windows that are out of reach.
You do not need to shoot the glass railing on the second floor. Make sure you cover both the ground and second floor thoroughly for any hidden glass or windows you might have missed.
The most commonly missed windows are around the ATM on the first floor and above the entrance when you first approach the mall. There is an overhang outside the front door that is made of glass and can be meleed.

This can be a little tedious if you're not aware of all the window locations. This doesn't require the glass in doors or the glass in between the railings on the second floor, it really is just the windows. Bring along a few Ammo Bags, as you'll need them. Make sure to shoot the cross-framed windows above the entrance and above the second floor, as well as the glass ceiling. There are also thin pieces of glass above each door and large pane of glass, so make sure you get them too. The trophy will pop soon after destroying the last window.
