How to unlock the They See Me Baggin', They Hatin' achievement in PAYDAY 2 - Definitive Guide
"it was chaos and luck, and anyone who thought different was a fool." - Max Payne
In My Opinion this achievement is probably one of the worst achievements in payday 2 yes even worse than Guessing Game just cause of all the time you might waste cooking meth and not getting the escape come up when its supposed to. The worst things about this achievement is it is pretty random so even if you follow these steps its not guaranteed 100% to work, and #2 its a HOST ONLY achievement meaning if you join a game in progress and do the escape only the host will get the achievement. .
But i found a way to get it after countless hours of trying to follow other guides doing things like making 6/7 bags of meth and leaving after the assault wave and or making 6 bags and blowing up the lab, having someone go into custody with 6 bags, making 6 bags and sacrificing chains to the dark lord cthulhu etc. But i would always get the garage escape after day 1. So then i tried a different approach not a lot of people seem to try and it worked perfectly for myself and then even helped 2 of my friends get it this way right after. Although i should mention when i went through it for my 2nd friend we didn't get an escape on day 2 but on a retry it did show up so i can say in my experience that 3 times out of 4 it worked which is pretty good odds for an achievement that is random.
When i attempted this originally for myself i did it solo, so yes its possible to do it yourself. If you're gonna try this by yourself then i recommend you have the ironman suit, transporter Aced and either shape charges or the saw perk for the day 2 escape (here is my build http://www.pd2skills.info/#/profile/bagging/).
Since This achievement requires you to escape with 8 bags then it means it can only be done during an escape on day 2 of RATS job for Hector. I personally recommend just loading up a RATS job with no yellow stars to make life easier for yourself . Also MAKE SURE ITS NOT A PRO JOB Because if you mess up then you have to start all over
Now down to what you need to do.
Day 1
*i recommend putting planks on the back 2 windows in the side room next to the meth lab just so you don't get ambushed and shot up in the back
**While on day 1 every guide tells you to make 6/7 bags i found out this is what is part of the problem.
+What you want to do instead is make only 5 bags and as soon as the 5th bag is made leave during a police assault wave.
+This should cause either no day 1 escape or overpass escape on day 1.
If its the latter then just make sure you get all 5 bags to the helicopter and carry on to day 2.
Day 2
****Credit to: The Gwyn Reaper *****
make sure that you choose your shaped charges / sensor mines at the start of day 2, (the drug deal.) You won't have a chance to choose your gear when it's an the escape, so if you don't have them on the day, you can't use them in the garage. They also come in handy in blowing open the safe in the apartment.
*it important to keep track of how many police waves are occurring on this day. You're gonna want to leave during the 3rd police wave
+Now you should have 5 bags of meth on day 2 inside of the van what i like to is take all the meth out of the van and leave it by the back door of the van.
+once all 5 bags are at the back of your escape van shoot your gun off to alert everyone and throw the meth in the van for safe keeping.
+now you're gonna want to enter the left building (the one by your escape van), and go up the stairs to check the rooms where you should find 2 stacks of cash on a sofa and possibly the burned intel.
+now you're gonna want to take these two bags of cash down to your van and toss them in bringing your total up to 7 bags.
*if you're fast enough you should be able to get these two bags down to the van just before or during the very start of the police wave
+now make your way to the first building along the right side of the alley and go up to the top floor and search for a safe/intel. If there is no safe in this building there should be planks outside one of the windows to cross over to the next building where there should be a safe somewhere on this floor.
+once you find the safe you're gonna want to start drilling right away or blow it up with shape charge (if you have one) and see if the stack of money is in there. **if it is not then just die and retry the level.
+if you're lucky there should be 1 stack of cash for you to take bringing you up to 8 bags which is enough for the achievement. So now youre gonna want to work your way down to the escape van.
But as i mentioned at the top of Day 2 you're gonna want to keep track of what police wave is going on. When i did it i was usually ready to go right after wave 2 was finished or finishing up so i just threw the bag into the van and waited for the 3rd wave to start up. I stuck around for 30 secs or so after the alert popped up on the left corner just to be safe and jumped into the escape area.
** This should be good enough to get you the garage escape on day 2, if not i would bet if you did it again it would work on the very next try**
Day 2 Escape
+this is it the home stretch and if you are doing it with co-op partner then its pretty simple from here on out but if you're doing it solo youre going to have to work fast and you should be able to make it out with about 20-30 secs left.
+First thing make sure you have the SAW or Shape charges for the staircase shortcuts because you will need it to make it in time (especially solo).
+As soon as the level starts grab the bags and throw them up to the 2nd floor of the garage which would be to the left side of the van not the right *This is key or you won't have enough time*
+now book it up the 1st floor stairs and make it to your bags. the 2nd floor staircase should roughly be across/ or to the right from where your bags are sitting so start daisy chain throwing the bags until you get to the door and blow/saw the door open.
+ then as you go up the stairs just turn around and throw them up to the next floor to cut down time and then go saw the 3rd floor door.
+now with the door open just start throwing the bags toward the escape van none of the cops will touch it. ( and if youre by yourself your AI partners should be on the roof by the time you get all the bags out the door and clean up most of the cops for you).
+now ignore the leftover cops/snipers and just keep daisy chaining the bags into the van and you should have just enough time (i had about 25 secs left solo). if you don't feel like you're gonna make it with 8 bags in time just wait it out and retry the escape because there is no sense in wasting a rare opportunity at this stage in the game.
+ There you have it the achievement should pop for you now and you can go on do some other hiests.
Good Luck to you all and i hope this method can help some of you get it faster
1) Pick a RATS mission [I would recommend with no yellow stars] (Garage escape is random! You can have it after Day 1 = restart, or after Day 2 = golden, or you can have Overpass escape)
*also you can have Overpass escape after Day 1 and still have Garage escape after Day 2, so yes you can even have 2 escapes!!
2) I would suggest team with 4 people (its good to have someone with C4 and person who can throw a bag far)
3) On day 1 try and cook at least 6 bags
4) On day 2 put 6 bags of meth on the trunk of the gangsters pickup (just follow the mission), than get the info first (C4 needed) and then steal the cash from the gangsters (the cash you stealing will give u 2-4 bags)
5) You should have 8-11 bags.
6) Escape with all the bags. We put cash bags first and than meth bags - that gave all of us the Caribbean Pirate achievement.
7) Now you just need to hope there will be a Garage Escape after Day 2
- straight away one of us throw all the bags onto the second level of the garage, than just carry all the bags (need to be of course at least 8) until you reach the garage (underground parking) exit. To your left there should be a door. C4 it and you have nice little shortcut. Then you are just meters away from the van.
Just remember team work is important.
And here comes the shit: achievement only unlocks for the HOST...
Good luck guys.
PS. I would recommend not picking PRO JOB. If you fail just die and host can restart the mission. If you pick Pro Job you will have to play again from Day 1 or even search for new mission
**UPDATE 30/08/2013 - IMPORTANT!!!!
The one thing I did differently this time (And I finally got it) is after Day 2 we didn't escape straight away. We stayed little bit longer and fight with police for 2-3 minutes (until the yellow bar appeared saying: Police assault in progress) . I have no clue if this helps spawning the escape but I would recommend staying longer & fighting police.
EDIT: I did this 4 times now and if you fight with police after Day 2 we had Garage escape 3 times out of 4 (assuming that you haven't had that escape after day 1)
I got this yesterday in about 4 hours (after months of trying) and today, in a 4 hour session, the 3 guys I was with all managed to get it too. Basically I've gotten this achivement 4 times over the course of 2 days. Here's our winning setup.
We always did a 2 yellow stars non-pro Rats job. ALWAYS.
Day 1 we cooked as many bags as we could (6 or 7 depending on ingredients that spawned). We left both during and not during a police assault wave and with both of those possibilities we ended up getting the achievement in the end.
Here's the thing. It being a 2 yellow stars job means that it has a good chance of spawning an escape. Therefore, leaving on an assault wave on day 1 didn't really matter because we were still able to get an escape (overpass) after day 1).
This method puts the "gamble" right after day 1 instead of after day 2, therefore saving you 20 minutes or so per attempt.
If you get the Overpass escape after Day 1, you're golden; you're guaranteed the achievement, I promise.
If you don't get any escape after Day 1, you still run the risk of getting the Overpass escape after Day 2.
The reason I say this is because we pretty much found a way to GUARANTEE an escape after Day 2.
On Day 2 we went and put the meth in the back of the pick-up truck, then one of with shaped charges and another person went up towards the info while the two others stayed next to the pick-up truck. The guys going for the info would get to the room and make sure there are at least 2 money bags. As soon as they see that, they start shooting before the gangster can open up the safe. The guy with the shaped charges blows open the safe, grabs the intel while the other guy bags the cash and throws it out the window towards the guys on the ground. Then everyone works on getting all bags (money and meth) into the van. After that we held out in the hallway that leads directly to the side of the escape van. We held out in there until about 20-30 seconds into the third polic assault wave (usually 12:30-14:30 on the timer) then escaped during the assault wave. EVERY SINGLE TIME we did that third police assault wave method we got an escape afterwards. 2/3 times it was the Garage escape.
With the method I described above it shouldn't take more than 4 attempts to get this for one person. GUARANTEED.
We always did a 2 yellow stars non-pro Rats job. ALWAYS. Though a pro job still works, a non-pro job is preferable as it gives you room for error.
Note: I've done this with a team on a 1-star and on a 3-star too. Basically, you need 1-3 yellow stars. No yellow stars most likely will not work (or it has a significantly lower probability of working).
Day 1 we cooked as many bags as we could (6 or 7 depending on ingredients that spawned). We left both during and not during a police assault wave and with both of those possibilities we ended up getting the achievement in the end.

If you get the Overpass escape after Day 1, you're (almost) guaranteed the achievement.
If you don't get any escape after Day 1, you still run the notable risk of getting the Overpass escape after Day 2 (or of not getting any escape after Day 2).
The reason I say this is because we found a way to (almost) guarantee an escape after Day 2.

The guy with the shaped charges blows open the safe and grabs the intel, while the other guy bags the cash and throws it out the window towards the guys on the ground. Then everyone works on getting all bags (money and meth) into the van (in no particular order as to whether money or meth was put in first - though if someone still needs Caribbean Pirate on your team, put all the money in the van before you put any meth back in).
After that we held out in the hallway that leads directly to the side of the escape van. We held out in there until about 30-60 seconds into the third police assault wave (usually 12:30-14:30 on the timer) then escaped during the assault wave. EVERY SINGLE TIME we did that third police assault wave method we got an escape afterwards (though we may have simply gotten lucky - you might not get an escape). 2/3 times it was the Garage escape.
Note: It is crucial to have shaped charges. I've tried this exact method afterwards with a team which had no shaped charges and it didn't work. Also, make sure you cook as many bags on Day 1 as you can.
With the method I described above it shouldn't take more than 4 attempts to get this for one person. GUARANTEED.
If you're going to vote negative, please have the courtesy to tell me why in a comment below.
This achievement is one of many in the game that is attached to an escape. Escapes occur between heist days and always have a time limit to collect all of your loot, load it into another vehicle, and leave. This particular achievement is tied to the Rats job and occurs after day 2. We completed this achievement on a job with three, one, and no yellow stars so I am sufficiently convinced that the difficulty rating does not matter, though I do not recommend a pro job simply due to problems with the escapes as detailed further along. In addition, through what I can only assume is a programming bug, only the host of the lobby earns this achievement. This means that you will need to complete this achievement once for each person as the lobby host.
I highly recommend a full group of 4 players. I completed each of the runs with three other people, and I cannot say for certain if having less than a full group will still provide a Garage escape certainty. You will need one person who has the shaped charges from the Technician tree (minimum level 36; 42 skill points, $2,557,000). It is also highly recommended that as many people as possible ace the Fast Hands skill in the Ghost tree (minimum level 9; 9 skill points, $130000) and the Transporter skill in the Enforcer tree (minimum level 5; 5 skill points, $17,500).
Day 1: cooking
On day one, you must clear gangsters out of a house and then cook meth for Hector. The annoying part here is that stealth is impossible and you must listen to Bain for instructions on how to cook the meth during the endless police assault waves.
Cooking one bag of meth requires one use each of hydrogen chloride, caustic soda, and muriatic acid. These items are found in the outdoor storage sheds, the house's basement, the house's bathroom, and in the back of the pickup truck. These items come in large green gas canisters, green 5 quart jugs, and white bleach bottles, and do not have any special outline or otherwise stand out from the environment at all so you must either know what you're looking for or pay attention to when a prompt to pick up an item with RB appears. There is no prescribed order to complete each cook, so you must listen carefully to Bain on the radio and make certain you hear him tell you the same ingredient several times. Sometimes he will portmanteau two of the items (such as "hydrogen soda") or will flip-flop between two items a few times ("soda... hydrogen? No wait, soda...") which does not give you a clear idea of which to go in there. Putting the wrong item in once will blow up the meth lab and you'll have to die and start over, so pay attention. Only one person should cook at a time, because it will always require three different ingredients in succession and it will be easy to know what the third ingredient is (e.g. if all the cook has left is muriatic acid, they can immediately toss it in there and save the hassle). Be aware that anyone who dies holding ingredients takes them to the grave so be exceptionally careful if you're holding things.
You will need to cook every bag you can manage. There is always 7 bags' worth of materials on the map, though there is a glitch where, upon throwing one of the bags into the van, you will receive a "second" meth bag directly after worth $0. If this happens, you will never find a complete set of materials for a seventh bag so you must simply make do with six. Your "extra" glitched bag simply does not exist on following days.
There exists a glitch in the game code that makes a player invisible to all the enemy AI, and it will likely help you a ton here (though it works on any map). To begin, you must find a place where you can crouch but cannot stand back up, the best place on this map being the stairs to the second floor. Move against the railing to find a spot like this (which seems to work more reliably when you are as far down the stairs as possible), and wait to get downed. Once you're downed, fire your gun at the wall a few times and the police will continue to shoot you until you can no longer fire from the downed position. At this point, someone must revive you (clearing all the enemies if necessary to avoid being downed themselves prematurely) and you are now invisible to the AI as long as you do not stand back up for any reason. Everything else is perfectly fine to do, such as deploying your LB item, shooting enemies, picking up and packing bags, etc., but the second you leave the crouched position you will become a target again. When everyone is glitched, this becomes a cakewalk; enemies will still pop in the windows, throw flashbangs and smoke, etc., but will run to a certain point and then just stand there like a mannequin. This glitch may or may not be central to making the Garage escape spawn for certain, but every time we attempted this job for the achievement we did this glitch and completed the day with it (no standing right at the end before escaping to taunt the enemies or anything) and every single time we received a Garage escape, so experiment at your own peril.
If for some reason you got done super fast, make sure you leave at 35:00 or later during an assault wave.
Day 1: escape
You will definitely get an escape following the above, which seems to be approximately 75% Park, 20% Overpass, and 5% Garage. Make absolutely certain to not load a single bag into the escape vehicle until all of the bags and your entire team is assembled at the escape vehicle. If you start throwing bags into the vehicle and then fail for whatever reason, all of the loaded bags are simply lost. This means that, e.g., if you had 7 bags going into this escape, load 2, and your team dies, you will have only 5 bags when you retry. It happened once to my group and we had to quit the whole job and start over.
Garage:
It is impossible to have 8 bags of meth after day 1. It is possible, though unlikely, that you can get two Garage escapes on the same job, but the one time we had Garage spawn early we received Park the second time around, so I would call a day 1 Garage escape a loss and simply quit to start over.
Overpass:
If you spawn beneath the bridge, immediately move all your bags anywhere topside; no escape vehicles spawn on the bottom half, and moving all of your product now is much better than waiting for the vehicle to arrive and then trying to shlep bags through the entire D.C. SWAT force. The van has at least two spawns and the helicopter has at least two, so assuming your escape is going to be in any one place will probably cause a death-and-retry. If your team can hold the area, I recommend piling your bags in/around the bus on the bridge at the center of the map and holding out there, since it's an equal amount of distance from all the escape spawns.
Park:
Simply hold out wherever you spawn and wait for the escape vehicle to appear before moving any of your bags. This map is very small, and spawns at opposing ends of the map are still reachable within the time limit.
Day 2: the trade
You must now trade your meth bags for the intelligence that the Cobra gang has on the location of the Mendozas.
Your guy with shaped charges will need them for this day of the heist. This player will be your intel retriever, because if shit goes sideways too soon (or the Cobras decide to betray you, which happens) then he can use his shaped charges to blow open the safe and get back to the rest of the team quickly. Everyone else should be packing ammo and med bags.
To begin, unload all of your meth, walk over to the truck, and start loading the bags into the back. Take care to aim for the back of the cab, because there is a small chance that picking up a missed toss will light the candle and start a shootout before you want it to happen. Nobody should walk near or past the gangsters standing out here yet. Once all the bags are loaded, one of the gangsters will tell you to head upstairs, and your shaped charge guy simply needs to go there alone.
Under most circumstances, the Cobras will cooperate and one guy will simply open the intel safe for you. Other times, the enemies will immediately go hostile and try to kill you to avoid paying; this is why the intel grabber needs shaped charges to open the safe. Either way, this person must grab the intel intact (my group never left without it, so if it gets burned you may want to die and restart), then bag up the cash and throw it out the window for the rest of the crew down below to load into the van.
Whenever the shit hits the fan and the Cobras start firing at you, the crew near the truck should start stealing back the meth bags and returning them to the van. If everything goes sideways early then these three players should have all of the bags near or in the escape van by the time the intel grabber returns to them. If everything remains calm, the cash bags should be loaded into the van immediately and everyone regroups at the truck before opening fire and stealing all of your meth back. Be aware that there are usually a dozen guys on the rooftops and they do a very good job of downing your crew quickly.
Once everything is loaded back into the van, head into the building nearest the van to make a stand for a while, and drop all of your ammo and med bags here as soon as you arrive. There are only two ways into this hall, so put two people at each end and gun down anyone who appears (the first pair of players should be staring at the van the whole time, the second pair should not venture past the stairs). You want to be in open engagement for at least 8 minutes, so hold out until 10:00-15:00 of mission time and leave on an assault wave.
Day 2: escape
Every time my group followed the above to the letter, we get the Garage escape here.
Your shaped charge guy will need to keep those on his person. It is his job to blow open any locked doors in your way, depending on the route you end up using. It's much better to have them and not need them than it is to sit there and lockpick when a bulldozer is lubing up behind you. Everyone else should be packing ammo, or possibly sentries of any level since they will provide enough annoyance to keep the police occupied for a bit if deployed in a smart fashion.
You will spawn at the bottom level of a three-story parking garage with your van overturned and your bags scattered all over. This is where Transporter from the Enforcer tree comes in. Everyone who has the Transporter skill needs to pick up bags and throw them to the next level in the direction the van is facing. Anyone who does not have this skill should just head upstairs and begin throwing them further along. Using the direction the bags were tossed as an artificial north, you can continue slightly northeast into a stairwell or head west up the ramp. Whichever you choose, there is possibility that your shaped charge guy will need to blow a door in the way, so make sure he's on that while everyone else is advancing the bags. Police will be a non-issue on the ground floor, a trifle on the second floor, but spawn on the third story and will make the final leg of your journey interesting.
The same problem applies with lost bags as the previous escape so make certain you assemble all the bags and the team near the van, and make sure you have enough time to load it and escape before you toss any bags in it. Once everything is loaded into the van, hold Back button to double check that your Mission Bags+Additional Bags adds up to 8 or more, then simply walk into the escape square to get the host his achievement.
Now here's something different that means you can also do it on Day 1 . The steps are simple, but it can be random if it works, and will always depend on actually getting the escape of course (try escaping day 1 after blowing up the lab, and during an assault wave just to be safe).
The method involves an old duplication glitch for bags, that works (kind of) still. When I say kind of, it will count them for the day you throw them in and duplicate them, but those duplicated bags will not appear on the next day (I hope you see where I'm going with this). On day 1, cook up 6 bags (or 5, but more chances to duplicate, the better). Now just play as normal and hope you get the garage escape. It doesn't matter if you don't have 8 bags, just at least 4, but the more the better, as the glitch isn't going to work every time.
What you want to do, is on the garage escape, get the bags to the van, and attempt this glitch which I will explain, but will also post some old videos of that I found during my attempts of this achievement.
How it works: So you have your bags on Garage Escape at the van, it is best to have another player in here, otherwise you would escape in the van of course (the achievement isn't host only). What you do, you get in the van, walk right up the back and aim at the second light inside the van. Aim up at it, and whilst aiming in, press to throw the bag. It MIGHT duplicate it. If it does, just duplicate enough so that the game thinks you're leaving with 8 bags, when you're actually not (just hold to see how many bags the game thinks you have).
Voila, a more guaranteed method of getting this achievement, as it can even be achieved after day 1 this way.
Here is a video showing the method:
On the first day, you are making and bagging meth for delivery. There are enough ingredients on the map for up to 7 bags of meth and no more. Your task is to deliver AT LEAST 3 bags of meth for day 2. The way it works is for every bag of meth over the required 3, you will be compensated with a bag of cash. So, for 4 bags of meth, you get 1 cash. 5 meth, 2 bags. and so forth.
You want to bag up at least 6 bags of meth, that way you have 3 bags of cash (9 total) after day 2. Some people have said to find an extra bag of cash on day 2, but that is not a guarantee, due to the RNG of this game. The only guaranteed way is to make 6, if not 7, bags of meth on day 1.
On day 2, when you deliver the bags, after you drop them into the truck, they will show you where to go to retrieve your payment and the intel. Do not bump into anyone or run as this will make everyone go hostile on you and they may burn the money. Before entering the room to get the intel, you can start firing and kill everyone. Steal your payment and the intel and the achievement **Caribbean Pirate** will be yours. On your way back to the van, with the money, make sure you grab the meth from the back of the truck again and throw it into the van.
Now, you will be wanting the mission: Garage Escape, to proc. When it does, quickly throw your bags up onto the second level above you and then proceed upstairs. After dispatching the first wave of cops, you will turn around a bend in the parking garage. Looking straight ahead (immediately after turning the first corner after killing the cops) there will be a small hallway. Down the hallway will be a locked door that can picked, C4'd, or sawed open. Take the bags up this way. It will take you up one more flight of stairs and to another locked door. Get through the door and the escape van will be straight ahead. Safely secure AT LEAST 8 bags total and then escape, and the achievement will be yours!
Unfortunately, due to RNG of this game, there is no guarantee you will have the Garage Escape appear. Some people say on Day 2 to wait till the police assault begins, while others say you need to have someone go into custody. However, I can give no guarantee, just the best of luck. Additionally, you can have an Escape after Day 1, but you are shooting for Day 2. You can also get two Garage Escape levels to pop, one after day 1 and another after day 2, so keep trying!
**IMPORTANT**
If you are doing this with multiple people, this achievement will ONLY pop for the host!!! As such, for everyone to get this, you will have to do this multiple times!!! Also, it is possible, but I have seen it where after making 7 bags of meth on day 1, you would get the garage escape. Escaping with all 7 bags did pop the achievement for the host I was with. I have had no luck in recreating this, but I hear others have had this happen as well!!
Bags on the van picked the one bag up that is hanging over the edge of the van and throw it back on. Run up and find the room with the money bags I personally got all of them my self put them in the van and escape I got the garage escape then got friends to join and help me.
ON DAY ONE (HELPFUL GLITCH)
What your going to want to do is play with the AI on go to somewhere and crouch and press B If it says you can't stand here your in the right place many places you can do this on day 1 then get the enemy to down you then shoot you so you can't shoot your weapon. Hopefully you can get lucky and the AI won't help you up could always get a friend to help if you don't want to do it with the AI. Anyway once you are down and can't shoot your weapon get revived and you will be crouched (THIS IS THE GLITCH) you will now be able to cook all the bags you need without having to worry about holding off the enemy's just MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT PRESS B OR SPRINT . And you will be able to do it with no hassle at all I take no credit for this
Credit goes to my friend xV SILVERFOX Vx as he told me about it don't know how he found out but it works
I'm not sure if this achievement is still host only, but don't take any risk and do it solo.
I recommand to bring the OVE9000 saw () just in case.
So start a solo framing grame job with no yellow stars and just stealth the whole mission. First, check if there are enough (8) paintings (if not, restart). If that's the case, take those precious paintings and go back to the car. Before leaving, break a window so that there is a police raid (IMPORTANT). Only then leave.
With a bit of luck you'll get the Garage escape. If not, you can still aim for the other escape-related achievements, or just retry.
The hard part is now behind us, if you fail the escape, just restart. With the right timing, you'll succeed for sure. If you still need tips for the escape, the other guides are perfect ;)
Good luck !
UPDATE : There's an even easier way !! http://www.playstationtrophies.org/game/payday-2/trophy/6786...
An easy way to get it is do it with no stars
Cook as much meth as you can and escape with a assault with some luck you'll get garage escape first go if that's the case that's awesome.
DURING THE ESCAPE IF YOU GET IT
you need to get all the bags up to the top floor so start throwing them up to the second level and take the stairs to get up their faster
you need to use the BAG DUPLICATE GLITCH which i will explain now
1.CROUCH and get as close as you can without touching the escape vehicle
2. aim and throw the bag near the back of the van so it hits the ceiling and also hits the back wall and with luck when you press back it'll say you have 2 BAGS!!!
the reason for getting as much bags as you can is if you don't get it down first try you can keep trying and i'm guessing the game thinks because you're going for more money and stuff they'll throw that in there
IF LIKE ME YOU DID NOT GET GARAGE ESCAPE AFTER THE FIRST DAY then during the second day just shoot your gun and get everyone alerted; look for the intel and sure enough there will be money there so bag it up and throw it out the window or as close to the escape van as you can; load it all in and get in to escape.
IF IT'S NOT GARAGE ESCAPE then you need to start RATS again..
took me 2 tries but the bag duplicate still works as of 2018.
good luck and FUCK RANDOM LUCK ACHIEVEMENTS....
BACKSTORY
Now to start the actual guide part of this:
1) Start up Rats on Normal (if solo) or hard (if coop).
Any higher than that, and it's really asking for a death wish.
2) Cook 6 bags of Meth
The next step will explain why you shouldn't do 7, which for some reason has a very high chance of working. You do 6 so you get 3 bags of money, so you have 9 bags.
3) Blow the lab up
I know what you're thinking; "why in the world would I do that?" Well, it's fairly common that after you blow the lab, you will get Overpass Escape, instead of Garage. If you get Garage, you will have to start over.
4) Let the gang burn the intel
I know, I know. "Are you sure you got it right?" Yes! If you let them burn the intel, take the money, and escape as fast as you can, you have a pretty decent chance of Garage kicking out for you. For me, it worked 1st try, and I have awful luck.
5) Once inside Garage Escape, throw all of the bags to the next floor
It's the fastest ay to get this done. Get to tossing.
6) Stay close to your bags, and let the cops take no more than one
Sometimes they will come in a huge group and try to, but they should be easy enough to stop.
7) Get all of the bags and escape
Yeah, self explanatory, no words needed.
Tip: It is better to do this with 1 - 3 other players; anything less than 3 people, Fast Hands Ace is almost a requirement, otherwise you will not have time. I did it solo with some 24 seconds left, but I ditched a bag to distract the cops. I used the suit, Fast Hands, and Transporter.
Since this a host only achievement ,other people will be less likely to help you.I would suggest everyone to go for this achievement on solo in crime.net online.
Find a rats game with no yellow stars and just start the mission without waiting for the other players .Make sure you allow drop in.
On day 1 cook 7 bags of meth and let random players join your game. After you have cooked all bags of meth ,just wait for the police assault to disappear and then make the escape. Most likely with the police assault disappeared ,you wont get any escape.
On day 2,Just fire a bullet straight on as the mission starts, all the meth bags will automatically get collected in the van ,There are a total of 3 buildings ,find the money in one of them(usually on the tables on the third floor rooms). Then take the bags to van.It will probably give 10-11 bags which is more than the required 8.Now wait for the police assault to begin and then immediately escape.
This just takes about 45 minutes to get all the bags required.
Now just hope that this time you get a garage escape. When the escape is triggered just throw all the bags on the above floor and use the fire exit to go up.Now here the random players give you a hand in transporting the bags or you can just tell them to follow you with the bags.On the first floor ,look for the fire exit ,open its lock and it will take you directly in front the van.Now put all the bags in the van and escape and the achievement is yours.
You will get about 5.30 minutes on all white stars rats to take the bags to the van which is more than enough.
I personally got this one in my 4th try without any difficulty.Just be patient eventually you will get the achievement.Hope this helps
Instead of loading up a Rats heist, if you or a friend own The Armored Transport DLC, load up either Transport: Harbor or Transport: Underpass. (Although Harbor offers a greater chance for the Garage escape) Risk Level: Very Hard (Two Skulls) or Overkill (Three Skulls) and do not purchase the Expert Driver Asset. Complete the heist as normal, but make sure you collect a minimum of eight bags (I collected nine) and escape during an assault wave to increase your chances of getting the Garage escape to spawn.
By using this method, all players in the game should get the achievement not just the host because I completed the Garage Escape with two other friends & a random on Overkill, without owning the Armored Transport DLC and this was how I unlocked it.
NOTE: This method may not always be successful because you may sometimes get the Overpass or in rare instances the Cafe escapes, but it is a lot quicker than constantly cooking up multiple bags of Meth in the Rats heist just to get nothing.
Hope this method helps & Good luck.
Note: This achievement only unlocks for the host.
All escapes have a degree of randomness regarding which one happens and whether they occur at all. If you finish the prior day without a police assault you will not get an escape. Escapes seem to be more likely to appear on at least a 2 star difficulty.
You will want to have aced the Transporter skill and the Fast Hands skill. The Garage Escape appears directly after either Rats Day 1 or Day 2. If it appears after day 1, you will have to restart the Rats job completely as this will only work if the escape appears after day 2. This escape achievement is the hardest of the bunch because you MUST cook at least 6 bags of meth on Day 1 which takes at least 30 minutes. Having good teammates will make it much easier.
On day 1, you will have to cook at least 6 bags of meth but cooking 7 will make day 2 easier. On day 2, leave the meth in the van and rush through the buildings looking for cash on the table. See "Caribbean Pirate" for more information. Now you will have to find the intel and grab 1-2 bags of cash depending on how much meth you cooked on Day 1. For every bag of meth you brought over the 3 required, there will be one stack of money. You are given more time to complete the Garage Escape for having more bags.
Once you actually get the garage escape, the fastest method for getting the loot to the vehicle is to throw it from your starting point onto the next level above you. If the stairwell is ahead and to your left, throw the bags up and to the right. They will land on the next level near the next stair well. You need to pick, saw, or C4 the doors at the bottom and top of this stairwell. Next, transport the bags to the top and to the van that is right outside the top door.
This is another trophy that is seriously frustrating, as it highly luck-based. Prior to the patch, you had to cook at least 6 bags of meth on Rats to even have a chance at this, though luckily in Patch 1.02 Garage Escape can be found during Nightclub, which makes the whole thing considerably easier. Much like other Escapes, the best way to get Garage Escape to appear is to kill civilians, play for longer than 10 minutes (though this isn't recommended, for efficiency's sake) and/or leaving during an assault. I won't go into detail for how you can do this on Rats, because Nightclub is far more efficient.
DLC Note: With The Armored Transport DLC, you can also find Garage Escape on Harbor. Here it is easier to get 8 bags, making it a much smoother process in general. If upon starting Harbor there are 3 or 4 trucks, then you are guaranteed to have at least 8 bags available to you. With that, it's simply a case of relying on Lady Luck to give you Garage Escape. Do note that only the host requires the DLC in order to play it, not everyone in the lobby.
First of all, you'll want to do Nightclub on Very Hard or Overkill difficulty. The reason for this is it means you have a higher chance of both safes spawning, and of having at least 8 bags spawns between those safes. I recommend Overkill. As for playing, I recommend you do this with at least 2 players, if not more, with enough skill points to get some high tiered skills. You'll want access to either 2 sets of Shaped Charges and OVE9000 Saw, 1 set of Shaped Charges and someone with Lockpicking Specialist Ace, or a combination of all these skills and equipment. The reason for this is to allow you to gain access to the safes quickly, allowing for faster attempts. Lastly before you start, make sure you purchase the Loot Drop Truck asset, as this will make delivering the bags once you get 8 to spawn a lot easier.
When you start, head into the Nightclub nice and loud, taking out civilians on your way. Once you reach the back, open the doors either with the OVE9000 Saw, lockpicking or the keycard that a guard has. If you have enough Shaped Charges, then you can just blow the door. Now, you need both safes to spawn, which happens about 90% of the time on Overkill. With both safes available, blow them open with your Shaped Charges or pick them open. The money safe can spawn up to 4 bags, whilst the cocaine safe can spawn up to 7 bags (there's enough space for 12 cocaine piles, but I've never had more than 7 spawn). If you manage to get 8 bags, take them to the upstairs office on the right side ready to drop into the Loot Truck. If you don't get 8, just restart.
With 8 bags captured, simply wait for the escape van to arrive, killing any civilians that may be left. When it arrives, make sure to leave during an assault. If you're lucky, you may get an Escape. Even if you get an Escape though, you only have 25% chance of getting Garage Escape, as 4 of the 5 Escapes can appear after Nightclub. If you get Garage Escape, then it's smooth sailing.
Once you get Garage Escape, make sure you have Two-Piece Suit equipped for faster movement. Work together to move all the bags at once, rather than delivering one at a time. Head up the car park until you arrive at a locked staircase off to the side, which you can just blow open with Shaped Charges, cut open with the OVE9000 Saw or simply lockpick. With the two doors open, just move the bags into the van to get this annoying trophy out of the way!
In the end we got the trophy like this. Playalina Normal. On the first day, they boiled 6 bags and burned the laboratory. It is important to leave when the word Police Assault in progress is lit in the upper right corner. Escape through Overpass (bridge) drops out. On the second day, you need to exchange a lot of money for money (put it in the niggas' pickup truck). Next, a beacon appears indicating where the money and intelligence data are located. We take three bags with money, put them in the car (my partners carried bags, I stood near the safe with intelligence data). As soon as the bags with money are thrown into the car, you need to steal the bag with meth from the pickup truck. Next, shoot all the niggas and collect intelligence. You need to survive 2 waves of Assault and leave on the third (approximately 15 minutes). Garage Escape drops. We carry all 9 bags (only 8 are needed for the trophy) to the evacuation point, the host throws them into the car. We leave. The trophy was won on the first try.

z.y. If, while playing on normal on the first day, you came across a bulldozer and while you were brewing a potion, the bot itself ran into the yard to disassemble it, consider these as good signs.
To begin with, I will say that the trophy takes more than an hour of playing time without interruptions.
What will you need for Day 1 of the " RAT " heist?
- 4 people to play.
- It is advisable to purchase skills for additional ammunition and medicines.
- Buy additional first aid kits and ammo before starting the mission. Who will be on a mission
Chemicals for drug preparation are scattered around the map. Here is their location : Pickup from the back of the house, in the bathroom, in the basement and in two garden houses.
Everyone go up to the second floor of the house and sit and shoot back at the police. Sometimes the police will turn off the lights, but you don't go and turn them on, you don't need them. Listen carefully to the voice on the radio that will tell you which ingredient you need to throw into the machine. Advice : Listen carefully and two or three times, the advice that is told to you over the radio is sometimes incorrect and your laboratory may explode. You need to prepare seven bags of drugs and take these bags to the evacuation vehicle. When you finish the last bag, just run away. The next mission you should have is ESCAPE "Overpass" throw all the bags in a chain to the evacuation house (Sometimes the evacuation can be on the other side of the bridge at the bus stop) when a helicopter comes to you, throw all seven bags into it and run away. After escaping on the overpass, you will have a mission to exchange drugs for money. Take all seven bags to the pickup truck to the bandits and wait for the marker where you need to go. When you see the place where they are waiting for you, just kill all the bandits on the street and do not forget about the snipers. Throw all the bags from the pickup truck into the nearest entrance and let three of your partners guard them. You must run around the floors and find a save with money that was supposed to be used to pay you off for drugs. For seven bags of drugs you should receive four bags of money. The main thing is that you find the money before the bandits burn it. When you find money, load it into bags and take it to your comrades. When you deliver the last bag to your comrades, you will already have 11 bags. Load them into the evacuation vehicle and run away. And now you should have the ESCAPE "Garage" mission, where you have 5 minutes to escape. Throw all the bags up the chain and load them into the car. That's it, you got the trophy . But your friends don't But that's for now. Maybe the bug with receiving trophies only for the host will be removed in the new patch for the game.
1. In order to escape through the overpass between days 1 and 2, you need to destroy the laboratory after cooking and run away during the assault.
2. To have a garage after day 2, you need to run away during the third assault (about 14-15 minutes).
These 2 triggers will save you a lot of time and nerves, since you won’t have to worry about an unsuccessful escape or its complete absence after the second day.
