How to unlock the It's Not A Race! achievement in POLICE SIMULATOR: PATROL OFFICERS - Definitive Guide

The fastest way that I found to do this Achievement plus the other two: "Flash the Furious & Drive Safe" was to be in the Bannock area at the very bottom of it on the long straight road. There is a total of 6 lanes which gives you tons of cars to use with your radar gun. I was able to get the "Flash the Furious & It's not a race" within just minutes. I was able to catch 10 speeders within 2/5 minutes or even less at times. Hope this guide helps you out.

I believe it does work in co-op but I think you have to catch all 100 yourself.

After searching for many spots that yielded consistent speeders in enough quantity, I'd recommend using the northern most road of the map, find the letter N of the words Melting Pot and go directly north as far as you can.

Location:

I positioned my character on the opposite side of the road, aligned with the 'Cinema star' billboard.

Access your Tools menu (Hold cn_Y), Equip your Radar Gun, aim using cn_LT and capture photos using cn_RT.

After capturing a photo of a person speeding, you'll need to report them by submitting the photo by pressing cn_A.

The speed limit is 35 mph, displayed in the bottom right of the screen, and the city allows a 3% buffer, so anyone doing 36.1 mph (after rounding up) can be justifiably reported for speeding.

I've found that the best place to start your shift is Beaufort Landing, turning left out of the station you'll be on a big 35MPH road with an overpass that's perfect for catching traffic going both ways. Provided you don't attend to any other incidents it's comfortably possible to report over 25 speeders per shift.

Lock on the radar 100 times (located in the menu ) over speed.
In the default options, it is set that in the right corner of the screen, when the radar is equipped, the maximum permissible speed on a particular road will be indicated (can be 15, 25 and 35 mph). You need through record the car as exceeding the limit and confirm the fine. And so 100 times.
