This was taking me quite some time as for some reason hardly any people needing an ambulance called were showing up.
So after hours of only getting a couple I tried my luck at the next ambulance call out opportunity of just calling then cancelling, then calling and cancelling again at the same incident until the achievements all unlocked. Managed to go from about 15 callouts to 30 in a few minutes ☺️
TLDR; call out then cancel then call out and cancel again the same request/incident until all ambulance related achievements unlock.
