You’ll get a call out to deal with a ‘minor’ or ‘major’ accident. When you get there, if there are civilians on the floor, GREAT. Walk up to the injured citizens and select, ‘Call an Ambulance’. Afterwards, ‘cancel the ambulance’, and request another Ambulance then ‘cancel’ again. Repeat this until you unlock the achievement.
