Affinity Levels 1 through 10

Level 1: 5000 XP
Level 2: 11000 XP
Level 3: 19000 XP
Level 4: 30000 XP
Level 5: 45000 XP
Level 6: 65000 XP
Level 7: 90000 XP
Level 8: 115000 XP
Level 9: 140000 XP
Level 10: 165000 XP

There is a difference in XP awarded per match based on Win/Loss, game mode, and time played. Most players are going to go the Brawl route which is around 400 to 600 XP per game depending on a Win.

You can also purchase the premium track for a Hero for 500 Platinum (paid currency) or 7700 Amber(earnable free currency). This will give that Hero a permanent +30% Affinity XP boost, shortening the grind.
