Physical damage comes from your basic attacks and from some heroes abilities. Only damage to other heroes counts for the achievement not damage to minions. The fastest way to get this achievement is to play brawl mode as a carry character Murdock, Kira, Sparrow, Revenant, Drongo etc and hit your basic attacks

For all the damage achievements it actually has to be against heroes not minions I found brawl as it’s mainly against heroes to be the best as for this one I was using Murdock and getting around 30-35K damaged to heroes
