The fastest way to get this achievement is to unlock the support character Phase and play brawl mode. She costs 3870 amber(in game currency from playing pvp games and leveling up) or 600 platinum (approx 6$ USD) Her passive heals herself and the teammate she is linked to every time she uses an ability. A few games played with phase and this achievement will be unlocked.
