How to unlock the Reformation achievement in Prison Architect - Definitive Guide

Just a note about this one and "Freedom". Despite their descriptions, the achievements "Reformation" and "Freedom" are actually reversed. So "Reformation" unlocks after finishing the Bootstraps Prison Story with all of its optional objectives completed and "Freedom" unlocks after finishing the Conviction Prison Story with all of its optional objectives completed.

Play the story mission 'Conviction' (4th mission) and follow all the other instructions but remember to press to get an overview of all objectives, though don't click the snapshot till you've done all of them (again, you will be waiting for programs to finish).

'Conviction' is the fourth Prison Story. The optional objectives are:

  • Have 5 prisoners pass the Kitchen Safety and Hygiene program
  • Have 10 prisoners pass the Workshop Safety Induction program
  • Create 100 License Plates
  • Have 5 prisoners pass the Foundation Education program
  • Build new cells, at least 120 total
