I played this on Normal.
You have to not die at all and obtain all power ups until you get the second Bit upgrade on the 4th stage. All power ups include 3 Force upgrades, 2 missile upgrades, and 2 bit upgrades. Then just make sure you max out your Dose gauge, and the achievement will unlock. This is not too hard if you can get all power ups as they come and know the enemy and boss patterns.
There may be other ways to obtain this, but I’d say this is probably the easiest way to obtain it early game.

To build DOSE fast, smash the Force into the ice blocks surrounding the stage 1 boss, and through the pink goo at the start of stage 4. These sections get you way more DOSE than hitting enemies with the Force, and are less riskier. Remember to stop shooting before those sections or you'll destroy most of it with lasers etc.
