You have to complete stage Z7.0 using one of the OF-* ships (numbers 49 to 53 in the R-Museum).
Must be done on R-TYPER difficulty, though Score Attack is OK.
Toughest bit is the boss, but if you use ship #53, and grab the yellow power-up during the "indoor" section, and slow down to your slowest speed, and this provides you a massive shield that will soak up those pink bullets.
Keep charging the wave cannon and destroy the two gravity machines first. Try not to get caught in their gravity when you're very close, because at the slowest speed, you may not have enough time to escape, and will be forced to speed up, which temporarily loses your shield and makes it a little smaller. If you get caught at speed 1 from a reasonable distance away, they will eventually loosen their grip just before you hit them.
Anyway, once you've destroyed the two gravity machines, just blast the main boss with charged shots until it dies. You don't even have to move.

Do you have to destroy the gravity machines first? No death requirement? Just beat this twice with Mariko and Kaguya on r-typer, no achievement.

So, did this 3 times now. No achievement. Don’t know what I’m doing wrong.
