Pilot Training Complete - Bugged?

After he contacted Granzella, they stated that this one is supposed to be obtainable by viewing every section of the R Manual page, and then immediately after viewing go to Start Game. I am unable to get this one to unlock by following this method, and info about this is scarce online, so please post in the comments below with any info you have regarding unlocking it.

With a recent update, I can confirm that this is obtainable by viewing every section of the R Manual and then selecting Start Game. The achievement unlocked for me a few seconds after the first mission started.

Thanks for the mention, Fleebs! Granzella appears to have made good on their statement about fixing this with an update, because my game just updated and I was able to unlock the achievement.
