R-Type Final 2 (EP)

I’m not sure of the exact requirements are to unlock this, I but I got it after beating the first boss. I played on Normal and didn’t die through the first mission and collected all the power ups available. I assume it’s time based.

Having said all that, I’m almost certain the requirement to unlock is how fast you beat the boss itself. My Fastest Huge Bydo defeat time shows 9 seconds in my stats.

I can confirm that this unlocks on Practice difficulty.
