Level Y.7.0 you gotta destroy at least 13 pink bydo tanks. When you get in final boss survive without killing boss, till secret boss appears in purple cloud than kill main boss.
I say this achievement is one of harder ones took me 3 days practice to finally get it.
I recommend TP-1 with bomb and shield bit.
R-type or higher difficulty or doesn't pop.

I used Last Dancer with a combo of Giga Wave Cannon, Leo X Force, Psy Bit and BALMUNG missiles.
During the hectic part just before the snake, you can tuck your ship down on the bottom left corner of the screen (you won't hit the side), and keep firing ... the BALMUNG missiles create a nice shield of fire around you, with only half-second gaps for those eyeball enemies to get through ... 19 times out of 20, they don't.

Any tips for the boss? I can get there fairly consistently but keep losing. Also that massively effect makes it hard to see where the boss is
