How to unlock the Main course achievement in Rayman Fiesta Run - Definitive Guide

Nov 17, 2015 - (version 1.1.0.5) the new achievements are now live. if you have already completed the achievement requirements, they will unlock upon starting the updated version of the game for the first time. however if you had deleted the game, and just reinstalled it, you will have to start fresh from zero.

I'm gonna guess that this should auto-pop if u already have more than 500. Any idea when these will be available?

I deleted the game when completed and just downloaded again and all progress are gone..so I suppose that I should do all again, right?

i would just wait until the update comes out. there is an achievement for running 30 km, (the longest one before was for 10 km), and who knows if any progress made before the update will count.

30 km will come naturally when going for the 36 invasion levels in 1 go I reckon.

The people over on xbox.com just locked QuickMythril's thread without providing much guidance. What fuckers....

basically they said it's Ubisoft's decision to change achievements how they want, and they were still following all guidelines. so from Microsoft's point of view, it might not really be cool that they did that, but it's totally allowable.

here's the form where you can complain to Ubisoft. i think you may need to create a uplay account and log in first though.

here's what i wrote to them:

I sent a complaint too. This is madness that this is allowed. We need to all complain to Ubisoft guys

I'm sure Ubisoft is no stranger to how achievements work for the base game and through updates/ DLC. How on earth did this game become an exception to the norm or standard for adding more achievements?

If I can figure out my Uplay login details, I'll send a complaint as well. While the reduction in GS is crap, I think the real concern is that the update simply isn't live yet, with no ETA.

I'm generally a fan of games adding achievements for DLC or title updates, but winding back the GS amounts is dodgy and releasing achievements so far before the update drops is super annoying. Hopefully all the achievements actually work on release.

An update just came through. I haven't started the game on my real account, but had played it a little on a second account. I was surprised to have Voracious and Savior unlock at the main menu with my second account, even though I don't have any of the other Lum achievements and I doubt I have saved a single Teensie.

I tried a 3rd account that had never played, but no achievements unlocked automatically there.

The achievement list inside the game adds up to 200 GS, so it looks like this strange situation was intentional.
