Rayman Fiesta Run

While running through the game, you will be collecting Lums: small flying yellow orb creatures. Simply collect 100 of them and the Achievement is yours.

Also note that the Lums count is cumulative. I actually unlocked this replaying the very first level to get 3 Lums I missed and unlocked the Achievement as soon as I finished.
