Use the fifth book pedestal (green)
Select Mausoleum

Interact with the top-middle coffin
Interact with the coffin again (it now opens and takes you to the Lobby)

[Lobby]

Interact with the bottom middle door

[Parlor]

Interact with the rightmost shadow (Sister)
Select “Yes”
Leave via the Left door

[Library]

Once in the library, wait for the cutscene to end then Interact with Lucas

*automatically moves you to the Lobby

[Lobby]

Once in the lobby, After the cutscene, Interact with every door (trap door, top right door, top door on the left and the far left bottom door, then the large middle door)

Your dialog choices will not matter during this playthrough

Leave via the middle bottom door

[Parlor]

Interact with the left door
Leave via the bottom door

[Lobby]

Cutscene plays out and achievement will unlock
**If the achievement doesn’t unlock, interact with the middle door again
