Interact with the coffin again (it now opens and takes you to the Lobby)

After the cutscene SAVE
Interact with the bottom middle door

[Parlor]

Interact with the gramophone
Interact with the piano
Interact with the shadow on the lounge
Interact with the leftmost shadow (Maid)
Select the “What happened”
Select “Alibi”
Leave the dialogue
Interact with the rightmost shadow (Sister)
Select “About the piano…”
Leave the dialogue
Interact with the piano again
Interact with Lucas
Select “Ready to make an accusation”
Select the third option (sister)
Leave via the Left door

[Library]

Interact with the bodies (Mia & Owen)
Take the key on the table
Interact with Lucas
Leave via the bottom right door

[Parlor]

Leave via the bottom door

[Lobby]

Interact with the trap door on the bottom right

[Dungeon]

Interact with the girl in the cell
Go Left and then Up to find a skeleton with a key.
Take the key.
Go back and unlock the girl’s cell door
