The first real boss fight of the game outside of the weird prologue.

This is a pain. It's very much easily done though.

So, the fight is in three stages, the Xenoform will emerge and start trying to off us. The first wave is easy. He only uses three attacks that are easily dodged. I had a 5star pistol at my disposal. Using the alt fire whenever it's available, make sure he's in the middle of an attack though so he stays still otherwise you'll miss with it.

The second wave adds two new moves to his cycle (no pun intended), at the end of the original cycle, he'll now send out a plasma wave you need to jump and then dash over, but before you do you'll need to dash out the way of the lunge attack he now adds to his skillset. There is also a red beam he'll shoot from left to right which is easily avoided by dashing forwards (towards the boss).

The third wave is a pain. His attacks will now act differently. The oranges globes easily avoided from the first two waves, now appears in sections rather than a blanket over the battlefield. He still send out purple bubbles the same. His plasma wave now sends out two and his slash still hits.
The new moves for this wave allows him to randomly melee strike you at any point and also he will strike you from the mists. His beam is now also added to the orange orb runs more frenquently.

You best defence is O for dodging him and hitting him woth quick shots til your heavy attack is ready and hitting him by holding L2 all the way down, remember it's best to use this during one of his moves that root him to the spot.
