This updates' "house sequences". Once you die you get transported back to the hub. In the hub there is a hospital bed you can lie down on and you will be transported to a first-person hospital, just like with the house in the base game. All in all there are again six hospital sequences. You unlock them the further you ascend the tower and the more flowers (poppy flowers) you collect.
