I've seen many tips regarding the spawning of collectibles in this game. The three main tips I've seen were:
1. Hit "start activity" on the activities card when you are going for a specific biome. This one didn't come with a lot of instructions but people said "it only works one per playthrough". Not sure where they got that from.
2. Play offline. There is an option in the menus for the game to keep you offline (I think it stops spawning the corpses of other players).
3. Close the game (without "suspending" the current run, just close the game) and completely turn off the ps5 before atempting again.
While getting the survey trophies I tryed all 3 of these methods. The first one seemed to be working at first quite consistently. But in the last collectibles for biomes 2 and 6 it didn't seem to work, so my first ones might have been just a coincidence.
The second method didn't seem to work at all. At least for me.
Finally the third method kinda worked. While it didn't seem to force a collectible spawn, my 6th biome was spawning with very little variation while I was looking for my last collectible. After I started doing the full shutdown the biome started to spawn very differently every time and I got the collectible in the third run after i started the method, so if you're stuck this one might be worth the shot.
All that considered the main tip I have to give is: when going for collectibles stop engaging with the enemies (unless it's a lockdown room), just run through everything while keeping an eye out for the triangles in the map

I collected everything, but the trophy was given only after passing the yellow room.
