How to unlock the Lucky! achievement in Rise of the Slime - Definitive Guide
'Lucky Wheel' is a room that will occasionally become available during your runs. There is an assortment of prizes, or punishments, that can be dealt out from the wheel.
For the achievement, you need the wheel to display a dollar sign on one of its wedges and then land on it.
Fortunately, there is an exploit to help make this easier.
In any given room, you can press and 'Exit' (Don't select 'End Run'!!!) and you will be able to continue in that room from the menu. In fact, as long as you don't traverse to another room, you can exit and come back to a fresh room. For the 'Lucky Wheel', the items on the wheel seem to change randomly each time you enter. This may make the achievement easier or harder, but you use this method over and over until you unlock it.
For other rooms, such as mutators and shops, the choices don't seem to change (no matter how many times you exit and reload).

Just pointing out to anyone that this is a standard room - not something through a portal or anything.
I completed 2.5 runs of the game and didn't encounter this so I was wondering if I was doing something wrong.
Turns out I was just unlucky! Finally stumbled upon it as a standard room a handful of screens in.
