You can actually get this on the first area, forgotten forest.
The very top left level is called "See Ya Laser" and has laser beams at the start. Just walk into the first one, and achievement unlocked.

All the lasers are in the Prison stages, on the top left poster. If you can work your way up to them, getting killed by one is very easy.
